How does the product get to the customer?
 
  We deliver per UPS or Deutsche Post AG. The costs of delivery are explicitly declared within our offers, which are the sole basis of orders, and have to be carried by the customer.
   
Do you also supply private customers?
 
 

Yes, for IQ EasyMeasure® is also for, e.g., committed amateurs of microscopy a valuable tool. Though we deliver private customers exclusively against prepayment (Euro-Region) or cash on delivery (only within Germany).

   
Why don't you have an Online Shop?
 
  First of all, we consider ourselves as a service provider for our customers. We do not sell bulk goods. All IQ EasyMeasure® applications always have a more or less specific sphere. Therefore, we consult our customers in detail to find the optimum solution for the planned application.
