When is the phone support available?

All newly registered IQ EasyMeasure® customers get a
free-of-charge phone support for questions and problems of installation
and operation. Please preferably use the core business hours from 9.00
to 15.00 (Mo-Fr).

What reaction time of e-mail inquiries do I have
to expect?

All registered IQ EasyMeasure® customers get a free-of-charge
e-mail support without time limit. You usually get an answer within one
working day. |

Do you also offer on-site installations?
|
| |
Yes. We offer these installations at our flat rates in Berlin, Brandenburg
and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Germany. On-site installations in other
states of Germany are carried out against expense allowance. But our experience
has shown that installations at the customer's site can be carried out
very easily by present administrators or PC specialists. On-site installations
have been necessary only in case of very extensive systems, e.g. complete
microscopy workstations with IQ EasyMeasure®. |
