CC7 - The New Camera Standard for the IQ EasyMeasureŽ SXGA-Desktop.

The colour camera CC7 corresponds to the new FireWire camera DFK 31F03 by TheImagingSource and is based on the proven SONY-sensor ICX-204AK. The maximum resolution of 1024x768 pixel excellently fits the display window of the IQ EasyMeasureŽ SXGA-Desktop. With a max. frame rate of 15 Frames/sec. this camera is also recommended for life science applications. The camera can be used in both microscope and macro applications because of its very compact design.

The outstanding price-performance ratio has to be emphasized: Up to now, there has not been any digital industrial FireWire-camera including this SONY-CCD-Sensor at that low price.

The camera is optimally suitable for brightfield applications. For fluorescence applications, it is only suitable with limitations.

The IEEE-1394 implementation follows the DCAM standard.
